Hank Jones 85th Birthday Celebration

A constellation of jazz stars turned out in celebration of legendary pianist Hank Jones’ 85th Birthday at New York City’s Blue Note Jazz Club on Monday, August 11, 2003. Special guests included Monty Alexander, Geri Allen, Ray Barretto, Candido Camero, Clark Terry, Jimmy Heath, Marian McPartland, Jon Faddis, Bill Charlap, Rufus Reid, Joe Wilder, Peter Washington, Louis Hayes, Roy Haynes, George Mraz, George Coleman, Harold Mabern, Eric Reed, and Russell Malone among others.
